“Beautifully designed stay with hosts who truly elevate the experience”
Exceptional stay. Private apartment with separate entrance and beautiful garden area. Spotless, fully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared down to details. Hosts are genuinely warm, helpful, and care about guests. Great local recommendations, amazing pillows, everything needed in the kitchen, plus many nice extras. Breakfast or dinner in the garden with mountain views was a highlight. Perfect base for via ferrata trips, most routes within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Fantastic modern apartment, fully air conditioned and clean. Great kitchen facilities and useful to have a washing machine. Beautiful garden area. Safe, enclosed parking. Graziella was very friendly and welcoming. Good location for exploring Lake Como.

“Very comfortable accommodation with every convenience.”
A very comfortable and well equipped space. Immaculately clean and well presented. Very comfy beds with great linen and towels. Very effective air conditioning. Very good for anyone with mobility issues. Lovely outside space. Delightful hosts- could not have been nicer. They were very kind and keen to make sure we had a good stay. It was 100 metres or so to a supermarket for fresh bread in the morning. It was a good base for exploring Lake Como area. Highly recommended.

“Great location, well-maintained property, super-nice and helpful owner.”
The property is well-maintained, super clean, comfy аnd equipped with everything you may need. The owner is very friendly and helpful - we had an issue with the rented car which caused us to arrive much later than expected - but Graziella was in touch and made sure that we will get the keys and all explanations. It was raining most of the time, so we really valued the gated parking - you can leave any stuff in the car and no one will mess with it at night. Supermarket is around the corner, the owner provides some recommendations for a local restaurants.

“Excellent”
Everything! The house has everything needed for some comfortable days away from home. Supermarket is only 4 minutes away. Comfortable beds and linens, heating, good size bathroom. Good garden for the children to play and enjoy morning coffee! Friendly hosts with very nice and kind details that make you feel welcomed. Grazie mille Grazziela and Giorgio!

“Excellent location”
Graziella, the host is an exceptional woman, trying to help in any wayand ever so friendly and available. She gave us ideas where to go. Apartment was extremely well equipped and very cleean.Very safe and convenient. A supermarket is a 2 mins walk.
