Booked this small hotel for my parents just because it was close to castello di Rossino so that they can be there for my wedding. The owner let me in the room before their arrival and before check in time in order to leave their garments in the room, which was equipped with a large wardrobe

“Friendly, welcoming and safe place to stay in Lake Como”
Our hosts, the hotel owners, were so friendly and accommodating. When we said we had to leave early the following morning they even arranged for breakfast to be left for us (at 4am!) and were responsive and helpful with any other questions regarding the property. Lovely family hotel with very welcoming hosts.

All was ok. Another positive aspect is that the hotel checked me in at 23.00 - after their standard working hours. Correct hotel description on booking.com. Reasonable relationship price vs. standard provided.

Breakfast was fine, but we would appreciate some fruits or vegetables. Room was clean, but a bit noisy, because hotel is on the main square. The city is very quiet, restaurants are closed very soon. Good location to trips around the Lake Como.
