Booked and paid for ocean view room, got there and was told all the ocean rooms had broken AC so they “upgraded” me to a better room but it was a room on ground floor with view of the drive to the reception area. Bathroom also smelled like urine the whole stay.

“Authentic island hospitality at its best—clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming”
Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very clean, and both the receptionists and cleaning staff were amazing. The housekeeping is on par with luxury hotels, and the receptionist is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. The view, especially from room #106, was beautiful!

Great location on Villa beach. Character room very close to the water. Friendly & helpful staff. French Verandah restaurant was very good. Reception staff super helpful.

Outstanding location. Really helpful and friendly staff, a great place to arrive from abroad and slow right down. Good location as Villa has been well developed The reception team in particular are amazing! Oh and, Best Roti’s on the island!!
