The host "Finke" he is very polite and professional. We liked the kitchen because we love cooking, The ocean view is amazing from the balcony. Very good location. the good thing about the car park is private and secured with remote key to enter & exiting the car park. And not very far the gym that I usually go to ☺️

Very nice apartment in a quiet, peaceful place right on the ocean. The location is ideal - shops and taverns around, easy access to all the sights of Tenerife. Closed private parking, which always has plenty of space, which was very important to us. Great terrace to have breakfast and sit in the evenings, watching the spectacular view of the ocean. Going down the stairs, a black beach with free umbrellas, many beautiful walking paths. There is a rooftop swimming pool with a relaxation area. The apartment is sparkling clean, equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, lots of towels, everything in the kitchen for cooking, there are beach accessories. But most importantly - the responsive and communicative host Finke, who met us with the keys, gave good advice and arranged for us to check out later. Thank you, Finke, we will definitely come back! Very good value for money, I recommend!

Wonderful stay, the host is the most welcoming, positive person with great advice about the island. Location right next to the beach. The beach is calm, not very crowded. Security in the area, parking spot, the apartment is very clean and perfect for the sunrise in the morning.

Superb location. Finke, the host was exceptional. Our shuttle bus broke down on the way from the airport and he immediately came to pick us up. He also allowed us to stay later on the last day as we had a late flight.

Lovely apartment. Location fantastic, ocean spectacular view from balcony, beach very close with free sun umbrellas. Few restaurants near apartment with very good sea-food. Host were very friendly and helpful, gaves us many advice for a trips and restaurants in Tenerife. We could stay whole last day in apartment before going to airport at 4PM. Private parking and swimming pool as a bonus. Fully recommended!!!

property location is in the perfect place, there is shops and restaurants around, property have a private parking area,and there is plenty of space all the time,so basically is the best thing, because Tenerife is struggling with the parking. Landlord is brilliant, he meets us by the gate for the first day, shows us everything about apartment, then told all the best places where to go and where to eat. And when asked him can we check out later then 10:00 he’s reorganised cleaner,and let us check out at 15:00.

Location, spacious, view, beach, nearby restaurants. We didn't have a car but found everything by our doorstep that we would need. You just need to organise any excursions around the island with pickup included. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, helped us get a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.

Just back from stay in this great apartment. Everything as good as pictures. We were met at apartment and shown around. Everything you could need for great holiday. Will definitely be back

Finke, the host, was super nice with us. Gave us a lot of tips about places to go in the area. He also let us leave later than the official checkout time at no additional cost :) The apartment is fully equipped and in very good condition. There is plenty of space for parking in the private parking lot right next to the building. We totally recommend this place!
