“Luxury bed and great location”
The hotel is very attractive and you can park right outside your room. The bed and linen are super comfy and luxurious. Occitane toiletries much appreciated. A nice complimentary breakfast delivered to your door - muffins, yoghurt, fruit and granola, hard boiled eggs, fruit juice, milk - coffee available in room. Good bedside lighting for reading. Stylish and elegant accommodation. Best benefit is you get a free wine tasting next door at Tank Garage Winery and 50% off a 55 dollar pp wine tasting at Sterling Winery that includes a gondalo/cable car ride from the car park! Great fun.

The venue is a small, quaint and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the layout and the decor. Air con was lovely and the bed was comfortable.

The room had everything you need, including a hair dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and in the morning it was nice to have breakfast on the cozy patio outside. There are also bathrobes and slippers in the room, and shampoos from l'occitane in the bathroom

Lack of friendly welcome at reception at check-in. Poor breakfast. Late start time for breakfast. Dark room. Mean coffee provision. Lack of someone to make the beds between night 1 and 2.

Nice room, I loved the idea of breakfast being brought to your room with a basket. Amazing location, you can walk downtown Calistoga and you are half an hour away from Napa.
