Day 1: our reservation was not in their system. We were told we could spend the first night there and then they would find us another hotel. The beds has plastic covers which made it super uncomfortable to sleep in. Day 2: we were moved to the worst hotel ever. We were asked to leave our key at the front desk and we were promised no one would come in; however, that was not the case. When we got back, room service was there even though it had been there less than an hour. The room service person gave us the key without even checking if we were the guests staying in that particular room. Day 3: we were told we could check in at 1pm, according to booking.com, we could check in at 2pm so we waited. We wanted until 3:30pm to be able to check in. 2.5hrs after the time we were given by the manager. We were charged for the first night twice because the hotel “did not have any communication with booking.com’ no reimbursement, horrible experience. I’ve been booking hotels with booking.com for over 10 years and this is the first time I experienced someone as bad as this.

“Bad service, bad breakfast”
Rude personal, breakfast is always the same, the guy in the reception with tattoos has an awful attitude never help us with anything we asked or answer our questions.
