“Pleasent stay at a beautiful city”
I recently stayed at Hotel Piedra Luna in Cali, and I highly recommend it. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore the area. The customer service provided by Luis was excellent—he was very attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel is very close to Unicentro Cali, which is a great convenience. Although the breakfast is simple, it is served on the terrace in a very pleasant atmosphere, making it an enjoyable experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

“Not A 9.5 !!!! But a 7”
Its was ok , not super hotel so i dont know why it's a 9.5 rate , I will give it a 7.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay, from the quality of the facilities, and the superb location, to the amenities within the premises and most of all, the service. Luis the owner was very attentive and ensured our anniversary was excellent! not a single thing was missed, he called me up specifically to ask me what we could do to make everything extraordinary, and he certainly delivered!

“Top hotel for a normal price with great service and location”
Super friendly staff, great bed, good warm shower, nice tv, very fast wifi and good connection, the location is perfect (safe and quiet at night, but close to big malls and nice neighbourhoods), lovely breakfast and very good prices.

It was a very new hotel, exactly like on the pictures! The tvs are smart tvs, nice big shower. Everything is very clean. I was very happy about the Hotel and the staff is there to help you with whatever you need and super friendly. Overall i can recommend this Hotel very much!
