“Location is excellent. Staff is amazing.”
Please read both parts of this review, not all apartments are created equal. We loved this place and stayed for 6 weeks. The employees and caretakers are incredibly kind, helpful, and accomodating and made our stay a pleasure. Our apartment was bright, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen well equipped kitchen, the beds are comfortable, the a/c is effective, and the wifi was relatively stable. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and we loved the location! We were in Ingenio Park excercising, reading in the hammock, painting, or meeting friend every day. We loved the neighborhood and the Ingenio Barrio. Away from the tourist areas of Cali. There is parking in the building, but we didn't have a car. There is some shuffling around when parking. The building felt super safe and secure. We would absolutely love to return!!!!!

The room in the first floor gets all the noise from the car park and reception, so if someone comes in really late at night the noise will wake you up.

“recommendation”
I booked, and they send me at the day of arrival an WA-message with instructions how to get in. locally only service staff is available. The location is o.k. nothing special, but clean, good mattress, more or less silent (in Colombia silcence does not exist! ;-)) - located direct at a park where you can head for a long walk. - if you go on foot, everything is nearby, bakery, restaurant, large modern supermarket (700 mtr.) - so in relation to the price, I would book a second time. - I felt safe and the outside area is more or less safe as well. - Around the park you often see police officers, nearby you are safe. if you go further and see groups of men take care!

“Spacious, clean and quiet”
The apartment was spacious and clean. The air con worked well and the place was pretty quiet. We were informed there would be no hot water in the shower, but we actually had hot water from the second day of our stay onwards.
