The location was excellent as was value for money for a good size self contained studio. The contactless and keyless check in/payment process was also easy. Having the fan was essential for both the heat and containing noise.

Everything was okey, the best was the location, it is localizated in a very good point of the center of Cali, with so many restaurants and coffes near to the hotel

“Good for families/older people, not really for young travellers.”
The staff are nice enough, and the place is secure, but i wouldn't stay here if your a young person solo travelling as it seems to be abit more for older people and an upmarket crowd. Didn't have the food here so can't really comment but a coffee and a cake was 16,000 COP

The location is superb, close to the city center and the wonderful San Antonio neighborhood. The autonomous check-in and other processes were all very smooth, and the room is spacious with all that you need. I ended up extending my stay, twice! Laundry service was fast and for a good price, and overall the interaction with the staff was lovely.
