The staff were truly exceptional, graciously supporting our visit in every way. The breakfast was delicious. The location is fantastic, close to the wonderful Parque Simon Bolivar, with plenty of dining options nearby. The patio and other shared spaces were divine. The decor was a creative mix of historical french and contemporary influences.

The room was a good size but a bit dark. The bathroom was also a good size with good hot water and pressure. The staff were nice. Breakfast was very well presented and a good size and the room it was served in was very fancy. The hotel is slightly up hill so you have to go down a bit to get to the main street for bars and restaurants.

I tried getting in contact with the hotel before arriving with some questions and requests, i trried 6 diffferent phone numbers i found across their webpage, booking, and instagram but i couldnt contact them, to this day they havent answered none of my meassages. Once i arrived, we where recieved by a very rude staff member who made checkin very complicated. Lastly we where taken to the room which was the same as we saw on the pictures, but it didnt look the same, room was dirtier, older and didnt quite meet the expactions. Ultimateley we where very disappointed because after we left the hotel we recieved the bill and we noticed that we where charged siginificantly more than originally booked here.

I think I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Cali - this place has a nice size, a good boutique-feeling to it, it's in a nice part of town without being troubled by noise. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the price/quality balance is good (we hit an offer, the price/quality was very, very good), what else do you need?

“Sweet little hotel in Cali in a trending neighborhood”

Sweet little hotel in Cali, my flight arrived late at night. I called to see if the reception was open until late they not only confirmed that the reception would be open, they also recommended and arranged a pick up at the airport at an extra cost directly with the driver. I was so happy that they facilitated this information so proactively. Basically everything was arranged upon my arrival. Beds are great, breakfast is good, the attention of the personal is outstanding. I hope to be back to Cali soon. I feel like I have a new home in Cali thanks to this lovely hotel.
