“Great hotel in a perfect central location.”
Location was perfect for central Cali and nightlife. Room was excellent and a nice jacuzzi on the balcony and the bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing, big with hot water! Restaurant was great with amazing views Pool was the icing on the cake. Top floor with great views Pool was.

The property is positioned very well. The view is amazing day and night. The swimming pool is sufficient and has a tropical feel not just a pool. The staff at reception all hours of the day were amazing. The attitude they take towards their jobs is impeccable. The restaurant staff of all shifts were too good to be true.. haha. Amazing service from everyone… you could see happiness in them all. The food was absolutely delicious everytime. The breakfast was really nice i enjoyed it everyday to the max. Fresh fruit and eggs was my go to. The bread was great as was the cheese etc. a very healthy place to be. Very grateful. My room was the best as it had a jacuzzi on the balcony and a steam room in the room. The housekeeper always did a great job. I could go on.

“Good breakfast, bad wifi, 20 minutes away from Central.”
The breakfast was fresh everyday and the staff were pretty good in the restaurant. Oscar was a lovely helpful man at the front desk. The pool was nice, as Cali is hot, but the jacuzzi is not heated.

From that location I could reach my destinations by uber or taxi. Good restaurant, not a large menu ,food well presented and very friendly staff. Hotel is very neat and clean. Matras in my case is in need of renewal.

The bed was comfortable for two persons, and sleep was comfortable and relaxing. The shower was spacious, with plenty of liquid soap and shampoo.
