“A hotel with an authentic boutique feel. Friendly efficient staff.”
Architecture and old world style were very charming. Room was perfect blend of this with a modern shower room and good tv etc. Great pool for taking a dip and relaxing - not Olympic size!

If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway in Cali, this boutique hotel is an excellent choice! During our recent stay, we felt right at home, thanks to the incredibly kind and attentive staff, from the security guards to the receptionists and housekeeping team. The location couldn't be better—just two blocks from a spacious shopping center, making it super convenient for all our needs. We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend it!

“Perfect location and family friendly”
The location is great and love the style feelslike you are staying in a castle. The staff were super helpful and friendly and breakfast was great. It is very secure and a close to walking by the river and the zoo. There is a beautiful pool and areas to relax on the verandas or inside.

“Amazing and traditional place to stay in Cali.”
The hotel has a lovely colonial feel to it. It's a beautiful building. It's really well located. However, the best thing about it was the people. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. The pool was great too!

The address they have here opens in Google maps and takes you to a public services place, where they mentioned a lot of other tourists come asking for the so called Hotel, the taxi couldn't find the place and the locals from this public office neither, one local woman walked with us and the address was not found, I called the hotel 7 times and they simply don't pick up the phone, responses via messenger are late and careless. A regret that I won't repeat

Loved the colonial heritage aspect of the property. Great wood paneling in the main rooms, grand staircase entrance, period furniture and other pieces…. And yet, my room had a recently renovated bathroom with good hot water supply, a comfortable bed and every amenity I needed. I slept well on the two nights I was at Hotel Stein Colonial. Breakfast was more than adequate with four different menu options included in the nightly Tarif. The pool was clean, clear and cool. A very satisfying and comfortable stay. One of the best in my three month Sth American travels

“Charming hotel in Cali”
Very beautiful hotel in a peculiar style for the city. Very nice rooms and beds. Very good noise isolation for Colombian standards (considering the squeaky stairs and wooden floors). Pool area, gym area. Very nice staff in a gated property.

“Disappointment”
We booked 2 rooms. There was no hot water for 1 day. Also, there was a staircase in the room, which was difficult for our elderly mother. We did not see this staircase in the photos.
