“I demand an explanation!”
I showed up the place, stayed in and paid for the room, but it looks like the hotel cancelled my booking and made me pay a fare of $96.000 instead of $81.000 the one I accorded with Booking. Even more I didn't understand why they cancelled my booking. I demand an explanation from Booking.

The room was reserved by a family member for us and they contacted the hotel to provide us with the transportation service from the airport to the hotel. The man who picked us up was very nice, as was the attention of the staff upon arrival, they helped us carry our suitcases The room was very nice, it smelled delicious and the area where the hotel is located is quiet. I was able to go running with my partner.
