“Nice hotel. Some improvements needed”
Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. Roof top pool was lovely and quiet when we used it. The roof bar is good and reasonably priced.

There was no hot water the whole time no one spoke any English it was hard to order food cause no one understood also there stove broke once I was there so they couldn’t provide food for a couple days .. horrible do not stay there at alll!!!

The hotel is OK, but definitely not worth the $450,000 COP they charge per night. The food is absolutely sub-par.
