“Highly recommended”
It was great, however given I eat Halal food and Colombia do not have significant population of Muslims to embrace Halal food, I had to let go different options which were not halal, and I had to constantly ask if the option am choosing is Halal.

Breakfast, room comfort, and staff are good. The restaurant is also good. Shopping malls and other places are also nearby. Hotel location is accessible for Uber cab.

The options at the bar there were no cocktails and the options on the menu restaurant were limited. Additionally the receptionist was confused because he was about to charge me an additional service which i had already paid. And they never gave me the bill for the entire services I just received three days later.

“I enjoyed the hospitable spirit and the air conditioning in my room!”
Staff members were courteous and attentive! Good night security. The breakfast buffet was great, and I enjoyed the curried chicken with a "Wee Heavy" ale for lunch. Don't forget to enjoy the nice sundeck with a jacuzzi, sauna, and exercise equipment; especially beautiful at night. Special thanks to Carlos, Jonathan, and the cleaning team. It would be a pleasure to stay at Hotel MS Ciudad Jardin Plus again! I would at least stop in for the restaurant and bar to say hello!

“Not too terrible, not too great. Decent, but underwhelming.”
Kenny and Victor at the front desk were amazing! When we had issues dealing with the night staff they helped us efficiently and with a smile on their face, they are awesome at dealing with customers and resolving issues.
