Everything, it's a beautiful hostel, great facities, lovely staff, great location. Maybe a little quiet and dark at night but you have to be careful wherever you are at night.

The location is close to the center and in a beautiful colonial neighborhood. Some streets around (specially the famous 5th street) look a bit sketchy during the night, but nothing too serious.

The hosts were superb, the location was great, and it was the cleanest hostel kitchen I've seen in my life. On my last day I had food poisoning and the hosts were extremely kind and sourcing electrolytes for me. It was a very human interaction and I felt like the hosts went above and beyond to help me.

“Good Basic Hotel in Old Centre”
A good basic hotel in the old centre of the city. We arrived quite a lot later than we had expected and they were responsive to my “we’ll be late” messages. The night manager (father) arranged for his English-speaking son (day manager) to escort us the 100m to the nearly salsa place. Rather like line dancing, they talked us through the steps before letting us go. Salsa is about the steps and we should have arrived early enough for an afternoon lesson in one of the many nearby salsa schools. There is a good kitchen area and we drank the water with no ill effects. Our room was comfortable but cramped, but if we’d paid more the rooms looked a decent size.

Great location. Amazing room with balcony, clean, comfortable and it’s own self contained kitchen! Muxh needed a/c and fridge. Close to everything good supermarket close by

“A clean, central hostel in San Antonio”
It was very reasonable and in a central part of San Antonio. The staff were helpful and allowed me to go into my room much earlier without an additional cost, which I have never experienced with a hostel. That really stood out to me. They had good facilities and the A/C worked well. It was clean and lots of good storage space in the room. Overall, for a solo female traveller I loved this spot as it was very central and I didn't need to go far to visit the main attractions of Cali.
