Staff, room: clean and comfortable size (and responsive, in-room HVAC), beds: comfortable but smaller than expected, good breakfast, clean breakfast area with attentive staff, pool (lots of towels at poolside), location reasonably quiet and close to restaurants.

“This hotel is a refuge from the big city - we look forward to staying here!!”
Some might say Wingate South is a bit tough to get to - BUT that is what makes it charming and why we keep coming back. It is a bit off the beaten trail and down in a lovely little valley that keeps the traffic and city noise out of this little precious spot.

“Weekend Visit.”
Great location, very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. Descent breakfast with pork sausage, eggs, toast and a pancake station. We did not use the pool but it looked nice.
