Cosy place, big LR TV, beds comfortable, great location easy access to McKnight/64 Ave and highway 2

The apartment is centrally located and easy for movement

I lived the location there was food nearby easy access and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly

“They cancelled on us late on our check-in day. The place looked very poor tbh.”

Nothing. Oh....not true, they did cancel on us at the last moment late on the day of check-in which left us in a panic looking for somewhere else to stay. Which ended up being ok because the alternative was very good.

I booked this apartment for someone else, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Despite booking 8 months in advance, the landlord allowed long-term tenants to stay in the apartment and only notified me of this change a few hours before check-in. He offered what he called an "upgrade," but it turned out to be a significant downgrade. The place was not clean—there were moldy old coffee filters in the machine, dirty rags and sponges, and the kitchen needed serious maintenance. There was also no BBQ, as advertised. One of the bedrooms had such a bad odor that one of the guests couldn't sleep there and had to sleep sitting on the couch. The landlord did offer another apartment after two nights, but by then, the guests were exhausted and disgusted, and they just wanted to leave. The process of cancelling was difficult, and the landlord was unhelpful and showed no understanding or compassion. I ended up booking another place for the rest of the stay because it was simply not bearable. To top it off, I didn’t receive any money back from the original booking. I absolutely do not recommend booking this apartment!

I have booked for ground level 2 bed room set, I have given basement 2 bed room. they changed the location on spot.

“The worst experience”

Nothing to be liked in this place. The landlord cancelled the reservation last minute. No heads up. If I didn’t call the landlord, I wouldn’t know about the cancellation. Do not book this place.

Hard to understand address in the building. Its was a hause, but right now its 4 different address of apartments. We had a trouble with a pass of the door, so we could not get inside more than 1 hour....it was midnight. Dirty floor and bed sheet with spots

Very noisy from neighbors upstairs. Things need to be renewed. Towel in the kitchen is faded, there is no even salt. Table is damaged and wobbles
