As per usual everything with the property was spot on. All facilities were nice and clean and everything was operational with no issues at all. It’s our second time staying at this property and will definitely be back again.

The villa was spacious, and very well equipped. It was only a 2 minute walk to the Five star Elba Golf Hotel. The pool area is south facing and well laid out with loungers. Eating area, BBQ.

“Fantastic villa”

Very clean, comfortable villa on a quiet location with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the whole family (2 adults and 2 children). Good facilities in the kitchen, everything you need is there. The outdoor areas were fantastic with full sun all day and shaded areas too. The heated (extra charge) pool is great! We all loved it, especially the children. They also loved the play house and little slide. Rental car is recommended. Good communication with property manager Tony for early checkin. Trisha is a fantastic host and was very helpful and attentive. We already want to book again for next year.

Very well looked after, facilities are fantastic, property managers were brilliant, very quiet area ,just all round fantastic value for money!! Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed at Villa Rochelle with a group of 8 for 10 days. Overall, the experience was nice and the villa itself is lovely, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. For a stay of this length and with a larger group, we expected the towels and bedding to be changed at least once during our visit. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, which was a bit disappointing. Also, while the villa has two air conditioning units, they weren’t quite powerful enough to cool all the rooms effectively, especially during the hotter days. That said, the villa has a lot going for it—great location, comfortable spaces, and a relaxing atmosphere. With a few tweaks to the amenities and service, it could be a fantastic stay. We'd still recommend it, especially for shorter stays or smaller groups.

The villa was perfect for our family. It had nets over the windows so we could open them without mosquitoes coming in. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. The whole villa was very clean and the facilities are the best weve experienced in caleta (this was our 8th trip). The kids loved the pool and many pool toys provided. Dad was happy that the sport was on the TV. The washing machine and dishwasher made our stay easy. There were several seating areas that made it feel spacious and meant we could all have our own space when needed. Tony was great. Whenever we needed anything, he was just a text away. The location is a bit of a distance from town but we knew this when booking so it wasn't a problem as we got taxis when needed and they were only around 4 euros. We would definitely go again.

“Fantastic villa”

From the minute we walked through the gate to the minute we left, everything was perfect. Very clean, comfortable villa with plenty of space for the whole family. Excellent facilities in the kitchen, everything you need is there. The outdoor areas were fantastic with full sun all day and shaded areas too. The pool is great! We all loved it, especially the grandkids with all the pool toys to pick from in the box. They also loved the play house and slide. Trisha and Stephen are fantastic hosts they were very helpful and attentive.

“Amazing villa”

Amazing villa in an amazing setting. Very quiet, when in the pool you’re sheltered from the Canaries winds, and everything we needed for a very relaxing week. My wife and I had decided that this would be our last year visiting the Canaries however this villa has made us change our mind. We already want to book again for next year

Fabulous pool and lots of lovely outdoor seating areas. Plenty of room for everyone. BBQ was lovely to have too. Very good equipped kitchen with access to dishwasher and washing machine. We had a lovely stay in villa rochelle and would definitely stay again.

“Lovely relaxing stay in a beautifully clean and well maintained villa”

Beautifully clean and well maintained. Lovely pool and seating areas outside. Toys for children were an added bonus and much appreciated. A lovely quiet location with good views over the golf course. Felt safe, secure and private. We hired a car to go sightseeing and make trips to the beach/ shops easier. We had a lovely stay at Villa Rochelle thank you ☺️

Nice location. Very comfortable and well equipped Villa. The swimming pool was very clean and nice to go in. Close to a nice golf course. You can enjoy the sunny days either in the garden by the pool or on the very nice roof terrace. Not touristy neighborhood, very quiet and good view from the rooftop terrace, you can see the see, sunrise and enjoy the stars after dark.

Plenty of places to sit, inside and out. The view over the golf course with trees and shrubs. Well equipped kitchen. Peace and quiet, once visiting dogs had departed. The manager, Tony, investigated for us and discovered they belonged to family visiting next door residents due to a bereavement, so that was understandable.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location. Spacious inside. Great appliances in the kitchen with plenty of crockery and cooking implements. Really lovely outside spaces. Exceptional to have so many areas to chill. Nice roof terrace with lovely view of golf course. On street parking always available straight outside.
