We couldn't fault the Villa it was very spacious the pool was great and a good size

Lovely, clean, maintained & well equipped villa - exactly as the pictures. Perfect for our family with a toddler and baby. Travel cot was relatively new so seemed clean & safe. Pool is small but plenty for young children & a quick dip. Heated pool helps in February! Ines was helpful & gave us spare keys. There were a few smalm toys that the kids loved. There is a communal pool & small playpark that we didn't use but will next time. Quiet area (despite under flight path) and felt very safe. Very close to McDonalds and the shopping centre with a supermarket. Easy walk to the beach - bit longer to main resort so we tended to drive with little kids. Less than 15 minutes from the airport. For those travelling with kids - the shutters & curtains do a fab job at keeping the rooms dark. Shower/bath had reliable hot water. Each room has separately controlled air conditioning. We loved it & plan to return!

The location, property size and outside area were perfect for our family. Being in a gated community meant we felt very safe at all times. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning meant we could maintain a great temperature inside the villa.

We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Villa Chocolate in July. The Villa is finished to a high standard and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and the pool area was perfect. Ines the property manager was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with any questions we had. We look forward to returning in the future!

“Great family holiday”

Modern and nice house, really well equiped, we found there everything necessary: kitchen equipment, incl. smothie maker, dishes all kinds, a lot of cutlery... Also washing machine and iron + ironing board available, new airdryers in both bathrooms, a lot of pool towels, water toys for children. We appreciated comfortable beds and heated pool. Housekeeper Ines was really kind and helpfull all the time.

we stayed for a week at Villa chocolate 4 adults and 2 children. The Villa is beautiful and a really good size for 6 people. very clean and tidy. it’s location is very close to the alantico shopping centre where there is a spar so very handy. quite a walk to the main centre of caleta de fuste where there are more bars etc but we often walked and got a taxi back. the patio, pool and bbq area is just perfect. the drinks in the fridge and chocolate was a lovely gesture Ines the owner of the property was very helpful when we needed taxis

Very nice apartment in a calm locality. Everything was in walking distance - beaches, restaurants, shops. The house was very clean and modern. I can only recommend!

This was our second stay in this villa. Again everything was perfect. The villa is in a gated complex which made us feel very safe. the complex itself is clean and well maintained. The villa is extremely clean. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Beds all comfortable. Outside the pool is clean and there is plenty of outside space. Can’t wait to return again.

Extremely clean and very well equipped. Ines who showed us around and lived on the street was very helpful and let us know she was there if we had any problems. Communication before and throughout stay was excellent. Felt very safe staying in this villa which is on a gated complex. We would definitely stay here again. Having stopped in many villas this is definitely the cleanest and most well equipped we have ever stayed in.
