We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with plenty of outdoor seating and lots of sunbeds complete with cushions which made relaxing outside really easy. The pool is huge and the fact that it’s heated is a real bonus, although unfortunately the weather wasn’t great while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we’d hoped. The beach bags and sun hats provided were also a really thoughtful touch. The area is fairly quiet as it’s mainly residential, which is great if you’re looking to get away from the busy resort areas. One thing worth noting is that the villa seems to be on the flight path into the airport, so there are fairly frequent planes overhead. That said, it wasn’t disruptive overnight or early in the morning (and interestingly none of the previous reviews mentioned it!). We also felt very safe there, with the gates being lockable which added extra peace of mind. You’ll definitely need a car to get around. The Atlántico Centre looked to be around a 20–25 minute walk away, although we didn’t attempt it ourselves as the route didn’t look particularly pleasant on foot. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very responsive, and when we had an issue with one of the showers they came to fix it within the hour. As they’re English, communication was very easy. Overall, we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay away from the crowds.

The Villa was spotless inside and out and had all the facilities required for a enjoyable stay. TV with various channels, all the useful kitchen appliances, outside chairs, loungers and cushions. Nice and quiet area with good parking. Located within a few minutes walk of a great shopping centre that had a large supermarket, restaurants and shops. A nice walk along the seafront from the shopping centre to the middle of Calta de Fusta.

Villa Verano Brisa is a home from home. It is very well equipped with everything you need and was spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are large and there was plenty of hot water. The large pool is heated and was warm enough to swim in every day (mid November). Both the well kept garden and roof terrace have plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing with a range of tables, chairs and sun loungers. The villa is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest large supermarket, Atlántico shopping centre, a couple of restaurants and beach. A 20 - 30 minute walk along the seafront or main road takes you to more restaurants and bars, shops and wide sandy beach. Communication with the Verano Brisa owner was superb. They provided clear directions to the villa and sent lots of useful information prior to departure and once we arrived. Messages sent to the owner were answered very quickly. We have stayed in many villas over the years and this is definitely the best. We had a great stay and hope to return next year.

“Perfect villa.”

As previous reviewers have said, this beautiful villa has been thoughtfully set up with absolutely everything you would need for an extremely relaxing and enjoyable stay. The photos look good but it exceeds them in what it delivers in space and vista. I absolutely loved sitting on the roof terrace as the light faded. The view of the palm trees and the mountains in the distance was perfect. The street is quiet and you never feel overlooked. The pool is an excellent size, warm and well maintained. Loved everything about this stay. I feel that it will be hard to for any future villa rental to live up to this one. The price is more than fair and worth every penny. It is a 15/20 min walk to town and sea but my son and I enjoyed it and my husband and daughter ordered a cab! 😂. The taxi is less than 5 euros and arrives very quickly. Once on the beach, the sea was as clear and as turquoise as the pool. This is a quiet laid back resort but that means nowhere felt overcrowded. There are beach toilets and public toilets at the port. The walk beyond there, along the coast was beautiful too. The weather was ideal with a warm breeze all day and the air con in the villa was super effective and welcome at night.

This property far exceeded our expectations. Everything you think you may need while renting a property the host has already thought of it. The property was spotless on arrival. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. We didn’t need them but there are duvets in the wardrobes for if it was cool through the night. There are hairdryers in every bedroom, safes, hand & bath towels, beach towels. There are hats and bags that would be suitable for trips to the beach. We didn’t use the hats or bags but it’s a nice touch. There are two bathrooms, a separate one and an en-suite in the master bedroom. The showers are spot on. There is a washing machine, an iron, ironing board and plenty of cleaning products to keep the property clean while we were there and there are mosquito repellant plugs for each bedroom. The pool area is amazing and where we spent most of our time. It’s well maintained. The pool is large and it’s also heated. The photo’s are accurate. I’ve stayed in some places and have been misled by edited photo’s. Not with this place. The host contacted us occasionally to let us know when the pool cleaners would be arriving and for other little bits of handy information which was good of them. The property is roughly a 15 minute walk to to Atlantico shopping centre where there is a Eurospar supermarket and it’s roughly a 25 minute walk to Caleta Centre (that’s with a 6 year old setting the pace). If you’re looking to rent a villa in Caleta then this is the one. We’ve already booked this place again for next year.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Verano Brisa Villa. The villa itself is spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The beds ensure a perfect nights sleep. The outdoor area is large with a number of seating areas. All very comfortable. The jewel in the crown has to be the heated pool which is well maintained and is cleaned during your stay. Villa is situated in a quiet area, yet close to Caleta de Fuste for shops, restaurants etc. Communication with the friendly hosts was excellent.

The villa was perfect. Beautiful, well maintained pool and roof terrace with plenty of seating and loungers, 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, all immaculately clean. Great, well equipped kitchen and shopping centre with good selection of shops nearby. Villa in a quiet location, but town, beach, marina etc still readily accessible. Perfect villa for a relaxing break. Spotlessly clean, all facilities you could need. Excellent swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine. Great location and only a short walk to commercial centre and shops and then a stroll round the beach path to the main area of Caleta de Fuste with plenty of bars and restaurants. Easy check-in and out and great comms from the hosts. Ideal for both family and couples and thoroughly recommend.
