It was easy to collect keys on arrival from safe box and even received call from owner to check in that everything was okay. Owner Fadi and Property Manager Luis were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Property was very clean with comfortable beds and brand new television. Everything provided that you could possibly need. Overall very impressed.

Quiet location (except for the rubbish bins being taken away around 4am twice in the week!), but within 8 minutes walk of supermarket, restaurants, shops and bars. Helpful contact from Fadi before and during our visit. Locked gates to the street (reports of recents burglaries elsewhere in Caleta de Fuste made us grateful for this facility). Very clean apartment, comfortable beds, kitchen surprisingly well-equipped for a holiday rental. Outside areas: breakfast on the upstairs balcony every day except one and an outside area with table and chairs downstairs, as well as an indoor dining table. Having two bathrooms was useful too.

“Perfect holiday location”

The apartment was clean, comfortable, loved having Netflix, had lots of extras that you don't get in a the usual hotel apartments. Wifi worked great. The shower was amazing!! For anyone struggling to find parking, there is a dirt road that runs behind the complex and there's always lots of space there. Communication with the owner was excellent, couldn't have been more helpful!!!

The property was very spacious and clean. It was very quiet and close to the beach and other shops.

The floor of the downstairs bedroom wasn't clean. Dusty and just hadn't been hoovered or mopped. The showers had no power in them. It took an age to rinse my hair. No air conditioning and the fan in the sitting room was useless.

The location was ideal close to airport, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well equipped we found there everything we needed. Very good communication with the host. He was very helpful.
