Very spacious beautiful ,

The size of the villa and the pool table. There was ample space for 6 adults. Close to 2 golf courses. Parking for cars both on the property or on the road.

The villa was fantastic, very clean and modern, great location and the pool was well heated and a joy cool down in during the hot days... The shaded outdoor eating area was great too, overall an excellent villa...the owner Katya couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish.

Our stay at Katya’s villa in Caleta de Fuste was wonderful! The private swimming pool and jacuzzi were absolute highlights to enjoy as a family, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Fuerteventura. The villa was well-equipped for self-catering, with a great BBQ area we loved using for evening meals. The location of the villa was perfect for making our trips around the island hassle free. Katya was a fantastic host responsive, friendly and ready to help. I’d highly recommend this villa for a comfortable and memorable holiday!

“Great villa, great location, great host!”

Superb spacious well equipped villa. Had everything we needed for any enjoyable week away for our group of 6. Heated pool to 30 deg and jacuzzi heated to 36 deg was much appreciated. Katya was extremely helpful and very responsive. Went out of her way to help with storing our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight. Only 15mins from the airport and a short taxi ride from the resort centre for a few euros. Nice views out to the hills beyond the golf course. All in all we had great time, would highly recommend.

“First time stay in a Villa, will not be our last, especially Villa Perla just perfect.”

The Villa was lovely, spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Everything you could need was there including Wi-fi,sound system and tv. The pool was great,a big hit with grandkids aged 6 and 12, pool table a hit with adults and hot tub enjoyed by everyone. Host Katya was there to greet us, hand over keys and give us all the information we would need, she was only a text message away if anything extra was needed(which it wasn’t) and Katya did check in during our stay to ask if we were enjoying our stay and did we need anything. Walk from Villa into centre of Caleta de fuste was around 25mins but taxis are readily available cost less than 5€ which was cheaper than bus for 6 of us. We had a fabulous holiday in Villa Perla and would return without a moments hesitation. Thank you Katya and Denis

“Amazing stay in Fuertaventura!”

Very spacious, comfortable villa with luxurious feel and nice view.The property is well equipped and clean. Jacuzzi and heated( optional) good size pool is a big bonus and onsite parking is a good addition. It is located in quiet neighbourhood and the seafront is just few minutes walk away. There is a Shopping centre with restaurants few minutes drive from the villa and the central location is perfect for those who like to explore the island as you can get to all beautiful beaches, towns and all of the famous attractions within 40-50 minutes drive. Katya, the owner could not be more helpful. She messaged us half way through our stay to ask if we needed anything not to mention we were welcomed with homemade cake and a bottle of wine on our arrival. Highly recommend!

“Top Quality Villa”

We loved everything about Villa Perla Large bedrooms - perfect layout and great location. The pool table & jacuzzi were an added bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped & the undercover seating outside was perfect in the windy conditions we faced on our week away. We paid extra to have the pool heated - worth every penny. The short walk to the supermarket was a pleasant one and the shops/restaurants were also easy to reach on foot. The location of the villa was quiet & tranquil looking over the golf course. Katya the villa owner was very helpful - nothing was too much trouble - we will definitely be rebooking this Villa when we return to fuerteventura

“The best villa stay and great family time away.”

The villa was just beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing winter week away for two special family birthdays (we were a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 grown up kids). The hosts were very informative and helpful both prior to arrival and upon arrival. Once we got to the villa we were met by Katya who handed over the keys, provided the necessary information on the villa and was also on hand nearby (but not intrusive) if there were anything we needed. She was also helpful by advising on what was nearby, how to get there and even the best pizza place to order in from. Very welcoming indeed. The villa is situated in the Las Salinas residential (golf) area which is quiet and if you don't like to walk then a car is perhaps a good idea. However, a taxi from the centre of Caleta de Fuste to the villa were easy to contact and only around 5 or 6 euros. If you are happy to walk as we were then the Atlantico Shopping Centre is around a 15 min walk away with shops, cinema, bowling, a great Eurospar supermarket and a few restaurants too. We shopped in the Eurospar and got everything we needed to stock up for the week and even the burgers at the fresh meat counter were great for a BBQ lunch. There are a couple of lovely beach bays at the Atlantico where you can relax and good for kids, as well as grown ups, to swim in the sea and then there is Caleta itself a further 15 min walk along the lovely coastal path where you will find a larger lovely beach, harbour and more restaurants and bars, etc.

Luxury Villa Perla is just amazing!!! You will find everything that you need for your stay in it. Pool,jacuzzi and pool table were class! Beds are super comfortable and kitchen is equipped in absolutely all utensils. Anytime we had a question or query about something Katya replied literally within minutes. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back to Fuerteventura! Thank you again for everything Katya,Denis and of course Giselle 😊
