Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops but far enough away to ensure its quiet at night. Lovely , clean, modern apartment , everything you need from a good nights sleep to cooking a great meal to relaxing on the balcony. The host was absolutely brilliant , so helpful we will definitely be back

“Stupendous apartment”

Everything great about this apartment and excellent communication from Christian. Good position close to the bus station for the airport or further afield. Excellent WiFi, all facilities that are needed, comfortable bed. Nice and airy with two ceiling fans if needed. Good pool and always sunbeds available. Quiet complex but within a couple of minutes of all entertainment etc. One evening after we had a shower before going out the boiler popped and stopped working. Christian and his father were at the apartment the next morning at 9am and the boiler was replaced within a couple of hours. You can't beat dedication to providing a service better than that. I wouldn't hesitate in using Christian's apartment when next in Caleta.

We could not fault this apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was really comfortable and the ceiling fans were greatly appreciated. Christian could not have been more helpful (even speaking to the taxi driver telling where the complex is). He was there waiting to greet us when we first arrived and was at the end of the phone if needed. The complex itself was well kept. The pool area was always clean and tidy. The pool as a bit cold but it was welcomed in the heat! Sun beds were always available. The area itself is quite residential and quiet which was nice. There are a few bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk and the main shops bars and restaurants are about a 10/15 min walk. There are some lovely bars and restaurants at the marina another 5/10 min walk. We highly recommend Christian and his apartment and hope to visit again!

Location, spacious, well equipped & good size bathroom. Small balcony from the bedroom & good size balcony from the living area. Well maintained complex & clean.

the facility is excellent, 5 minutes' walk from the center, neat and clean, the apartment is excellent, neat and clean with everything you need for a stay, Christian the host is super friendly and waits for you with the key and explains everything you need, any recommendation for a stay
