The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home, the apartment was lovely, clean and had everything you would need for a nice comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short 10min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, the pool area was tidy and not busy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Amazing property. Really well stocked with everything you need. Kitchen full of utensils/pots and pans so able to easily cook. Shampoo and conditioner along with sun cream, etc available. Very clean. TV with lots of Really responsive hosts and very friendly and accommodating

The apartment was amazing . Very clean and very big . The location was fantastic . Literally 60 second walk from nearest bars and restaurants . The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpfull. Honestly the apartment is perfect , so good we actually booked it again for next year whilst we were still there .

“The property and hosts were amazing!”

This was a wonderful property to stay in. We were a party of 5 adults and the size and location of the property was perfect. It was close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants while still being in a quiet area which was fantastic for a good nights sleep. The hosts were so warm and welcoming and I came away feeling like I had made friends. The attention to detail was amazing with the property being equipped with everything that you could possibly need during your stay - including a welcome pack of water and snacks, toiletries, cleaning materials, washing machine and towels. The kitchen also had everything required to cook meals and I especially loved the outside BBQ which we used several times. The outside terrace area was a great size and the property had the added bonus of an upstairs terrace. It felt like a real home. The size of the pool was amazing (although very cold in January).

Very well situated close to beach and bars very well equiped.Hostess Kat very friendly and very helpful .Cant believe how well equiped the apartment was it was just like being at home.The welcome wine and water were very much appreciated even Yorkshire tea

“Perfect Accommodation”

Everything was perfect. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and very well equiped with everything you could possibly need. Lots of toiletries, cleaning products etc available to use. Lovely outdoor patio. Hosts were very friendly. They met us at the property when we arrived and gave us a bottle of wine. Then on the day of departure gave us a little gift, which was a lovely gesture. Thank you for a great stay.

Just back from a week at Casa kiko Sol🌞. Can't fault anything. Hosts Katty & her husband are really lovely people. The apartment is spotless , it has everything you need, very central to bars , restaurants & shops . The pool area was lovely and we often had it to ourselves. We will definitely be back ❤️❤️ . Thank you for having us.

Katy was an amazing host, going above and beyond wherever she could! Everything was perfect with the property and she was always on hand for anything, if needed. The property was clean and tidy. The pool was lovely and set in a large gated courtyard area that was a little sun trap 😎 When our flight was delayed she kept in contact with us and waited for us to arrive with wine for us and fruit juice for our kids. All amenities and the beach were a short walk away and even though you knew they were just around the corner, you still had privacy and peace & quiet!

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment had everything we needed - and even more. Special thanks to Katty and her husband for hospitality! We felt like we were almost at our home. It will be worth to return some day.

“Perfect stay for any group!”

Superb location, just set off the main area so nice and quiet but within walking distance of everything including well stocked supermarket and beach! Private swimming pool in complex that we had practically to ourselves all week when we visited it. Hosts provide lots of little bits that you might forget to take on hols eg hair care items, including hairspray, sun creams of all types, even deodorant! A bottle of Rosé and some juice were welcome gifts which were a lovely touch. The hosts, Katti and Pascal couldn’t be more helpful and were so lovely.

The villa was like home from home. It had everything you needed. Katty and her husband went above and beyond to make our stay perfect in the villa.

“Casa Kiko Sol”

We had a pleasant stay at Casa Kiko Sol. The rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with lots of useful stuff. Highly recommended.

I had injured my knee- the hosts rearranged the apartment and had the sofa bed set up for me on arrival. A really warm welcome, great communication and lots of lovely homely touches to make the stay comfortable.

Perfect location. Close to everything- private outside terrace that wasn’t overlooked. The whole apartment was clean and Katta had thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. Her and her husband met us and showed us around, left a welcome bottle of wine and when we checked out.. she organised the taxi to the airport for us
