Lovely property, host and great location

Beautiful home from home bungalow. So clean and had everything you needed for a fantastic stay. Communication was really good too. Highly recommend

Location was perfect as we knew the area. My sister had a walking stick so near shops and bars for her to walk unless we were going down into the town where we got taxis.

You will have seen the pictures, the previous outstanding reviews, and the super smart decor - but you really need to experience No & Na to fully appreciate it. It is sooo THOUGHTFULLY arranged and super clean. Top marks for cleanliness and comfort. The mattresses - 10/10 on both counts. Even the bed settee - let’s face it you never expect much from those - it was magic. But for me what makes this place exceptional is the little thoughtful touches.  Like the wee jewellery hanging cupboards, the hidden bookshelves, the wee girl stuff cupboard - every eventuality taken care of. Plenty of cook stuff, abs tons of towels and bed linen every bit of space used beautifully. No & Na is deceptively spacious and has a larger area than a normal 1 bedroom property. The patio area is a lovely peaceful haven. Inside, the way the space has been used, certainly doesn’t disappoint. I think the host Asun could give Alex Polizzi - the hotel inspector - design advice. Seriously brilliant! Thanks Asun. Air conditioning units not one but two with a further two ceiling fans made temperature control excellent. The comprehensive mosquito control shields to the outside of the property worked a treat.  The property has 'NO' in the name.....but it is a definite 'YES' from us.

The host of the property stayed in touch with us right from booking, met us at the complex reception to show us to the property. The bungalow was clean comfortable and well equipped, perfect for our short break.

Asun the liaison came to meet me after the cab driver dropped me and my partner on the next street. She was very welcoming, friendly and beautiful. And she even walked me and my partner to the accommodation. Amazing customer service. She honestly made me feel like family. She left tea, coffee, water, juice, ice to name a few and even little things like salt pepper oil, cling film, tin foil the list goes on so you don't have to buy these things if you want to cook so if you do decide to do your own cooking check the cupboards before you go. Kitchen had great appliances to do your own cooking. Living quarters were beautiful and had lots of sheets and towels. Bathroom again beautiful with a very Zen like feel. shower gel and shampoo provided. The dinner table is on back patio but there is a big blind you can pull down to give you privacy. Overall one of the nicest places ive stayed, i would stay in exactly the same place if i went back again.
