We liked everything. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The owner was very hospitable, helpful and kind. The breakfast was good. We had a nice walk through fields to the shore of river Po in the afternoon.

“Spacious, comfortable and clean accommodation in a tranquil setting not far from main routes.”
Very spacious room and en-suite. Huge bed and very kind hostess. We managed to understand each other with a translation app. A lovely breakfast with lots of local specialities. Highly recommend stay. We would love to return here to stay and explore the area.

“Great all round”
Beautiful bedroom (ours was called "Gruccione") – a mix of palatial proportions and refined yet rustic charm. Really makes the most of the building's solid, traditional brick and timber construction, with just the right quantity of carefully chosen pieces of furniture. Tasteful, unfussy ... perfect. Spacious, well-appointed bathroom too. The breakfast was exceptionally generous, and our host warm and kind. Her recommendation of a restaurant just a few minutes a way worked out very well for us, too. I don't know whether she speaks English at all; we did our best at communicating in Italian, and although we speak very little, that was fine.

Nice place to stay for 1-2 nights. piacenza is a surprisingly nice old town. Except of that there is nothing around. the old lady /owner at the breakfast was super lovely
