Overview
Set around 2 minutes’ drive from Calella, Camping Roca Grossa features an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a children’s play area. Air-conditioned bungalows come with free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Featuring a simple, modern décor, the bungalows offer mountain or sea views. They include a private bathroom, a living-dining area and flat-screen satellite TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge and hob. Many sports activities are possible at the campsite, such as table tennis, pool, indoor football and basketball. In the months of July and August Roca Grossa also offers entertainment programmes. There is an on-site restaurant and café-bar, as well as a small supermarket. Coin-operated washing machines are also available. Barcelona is around 45 minutes’ drive from Camping Roca Grossa. Trains to Barcelona stop at a station just 1 km away.

“Modest place with nice people but very steep to walk up”
Camping Roca Grossa was a lovely location with stunning views! The accommodation was decent by uk standards and the staff are helpful. Also bang in the middle of two towns so be prepared to pay for transport, we walked into Calella, it takes roughly 20 minutes.

“Enjoyable”
The campsite is on a hill / so not ideal for people that can't walk up steep hills & steps, but it provides a great view of the ocean and down the coastline for those that can. It is also very close to some lovely quiet beaches and only a 1km from the main beach of Calella.

“Little getaway ✨️”
We really enjoyed the place. The location was great due to the fact that it was just in front of the beach. Also, walking distance from Sant Pol de Mar and Calella. The staff was very friendly.

Place is superb by itself, but also best place to survive a National blackout 🤣️ They have an electricity generator for the whole camping and the wifi worked all the day that day. More seriously, the staff and the experience was great.
