“Pretty place, shame about the road noise”
The staff were very friendly. Although there was only a Tico breakfast available in the morning the dinner options were good and the steak meal was generous.The hotel was completely empty and was having some building work and refurbishments, and although the restaurant closed at 7pm the staff allowed us to sit outside with drinks after we'd finished eating. The room was a good size and clean, it had a fridge and was close to the small swimming pool.

“Good place to stopover.”
We stopped at Meraki as it was a midpoint for our travel day. The room was comfortable, and the property nicely maintained. My children enjoyed the 2 different pools.

“Off the beaten path hotel that is clean, friendly and reasonably priced, but not fancy.”
We chose this hotel due to its location to the ferry terminal. We needed to catch the morning ferry at Puntarenas on our way to Montezuma. It was off the beaten path and very reasonably priced. Puntarenas ferry terminal area is one of the ugliest parts of Costa Rica I have seen in my 3 times visiting. You do not want to stay in that area. So, Hotel Meraki was a good choice in terms of location, and price. The lady who owned the hotel had the best smile ever but spoke no English.

“It is OK for one night”
This property had better times. The surroundings were clean and organized. The property is strategically located close to the main road (Route #18) going to Punta Arenas.

“Great little hotel for our overnight stop”
We stayed here as an overnight from Juan SantaMaria airport on the way to Monteverde and as its just off the main route, its perfect. Late check in and an early substantial breakfast made all the difference. Friendly staff and comfy beds.
