“unpleasant”
After spending a wonderful week at a property in Praag, we made the booking for one night for 5 persons for one night on our way back home. Upon arrival the owner charged 20 euros extra for the use of a space for the 5th bed. She requested to be paid in cash. I made the booking for 5 so I don’t understand why she charged extra. I am glad we only spent one night arriving around 6pm and leaving at 10am as when we were going to have dinner to a restaurant she came out of her house and told us that we should wash the dishes, clean the kitchen and take out the garbage before leaving or she would charge 50 euros extra for cleaning. During the night she sent a message asking if we were moving furniture, we weren’t of course, we think it was maybe the noise of the suitcases as we were unpacking for the night but it seemed to be disturbing for her. All in all an unpleasant experience specially coming back from Prague where we had a wonderful stay.
