“Crowded but good”

It was a good stay. Kitchen is very nice, with three microwaves that was really convenient for the amount of people that were staying there. The territory is big, everyone will find the corner for themselves. Also liked location as supermarket is in 2 mins walk. Overal was good.

Nice property, outdoor areas to relax in as well as the pool. Nice big communal area with sofas, long kitchen tables and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were clean. My dorm room has lockers for personal items and the bunks had a shelf, a light, a socket and a blackout curtain. Laundry room and line outside to dry clothes. the receptionists were welcoming and friendly.

Great outside area which was lovely to use while it was sunny. Beds were clean and had a nice privacy curtain. Great area to dry washing outside, and lovely balcony to use with great views.

Pleasant atmosphere / friendly hosts / courtyard / very clean rooms – shops nearby – everything very well organized and pleasant – I highly recommend it!

“Injured by nails sticking out of floor”

I stepped on a nail that was sticking out of the floor. I wasn’t able to continue the Camino for a day and I had to go to urgent care. They were not apologetic and when I pointed out another nail sticking out in the floor, they were in no rush to fix it. I asked for compensation, but I didn’t get a message yet. Hence my bad review. Please handle my complaint and compensate me.

Overall its a good place to stay if you're doing the Camino de Santiago. The facilities' conditions are very good, and the beds in the dormitories are very comfortable.

“Disappointed”

honestly don’t know where to start with this place. I booked a bunk bed specifically because it was advertised as having a plug socket and a privacy curtain – pretty basic expectations for a hostel these days. I also needed these features for a reason, as I have sleep apnoea and rely on access to power and a bit of privacy to manage it properly. Instead, after walking 43km, I arrived completely exhausted to find a flimsy camp bed thrown into the middle of a dorm. No curtain. No socket. No privacy whatsoever. Just a random bed squeezed in to maximise numbers. What’s even more frustrating is seeing their responses to other reviews claiming that this is an “isolated incident” and that they would have fixed the issue if they had been told. That is simply not true. I clearly explained my situation to the receptionist at the time, while she was on the phone to the owner, and nothing was done. When I raised it, there was no concern and no effort to resolve it – just a complete lack of care. It feels like they’re deliberately overpacking the room to squeeze extra money out of travellers, hoping people are too tired to argue. It’s not just disappointing – it’s completely misleading and unacceptable. After a long day, you expect at least the bare minimum of what you paid for. This wasn’t even close. Avoid if you actually want what you book.

Sufficient surrounding space both inside and outside. I can imagine in the summer it's a really nice and cute experience.
