Beautifully decorated hotel, with all necessities, parking, park, swimming pool, on site bar. The room itself was amazing, very spacious with bidet and whirlpool bath on suite as well as four poster bed. Tv, desk, breakfast table and much more. Kept exceptionally clean especially in communal areas. Hotel located in a quiet area, so was very peaceful. With ample space to walk dogs. Also sound proofing of the room was brilliant, could not hear a thing.

I liked the location and the pictures on booking.com. The girl at the reception was very friendly, she spoke excellent English and was very accommodating.

That was the only available hotel in the area when our flight was cancelled. Personel had serious issues with system and for sure it was hard for them to welcome so many angry and desperate people but they found rooms for everyone. They were helpful and even some problems just couldnt be solved over the night, they tried.

The bread rolls for breakfast are lousy. Tasting like 3 weeks old and are also as dry as 3 weeks old. The rest of the breakfast is ok. I have been staying at this hotel several times over the past years and the bread rolls have always been terrible, but there is no alternative. No croissants, no toast, nothing.

There is nothing to like. This property is a facade and a scam trap. I have used booking for hundreds of bookings professionally and have never encountered such a dodgy hotel. Basically they will take passports from unknowing tourists as a ‘safety deposit’ , when you check out they will make up some excuse saying the online payment didn’t go through and will make you pay in cash again. They won’t provide a receipt and will use an excuse like ‘we have internet issues’ I had to call the Bergamo police department to get my passport back even after showing receipts of payment. Only when they saw me call the police did they quickly give back the passport. I had a flight 3 hours from checking out as a pregnant woman and this amount of stress was cruel, undeserved and detrimental to my baby’s health.

Acceptable breakfast and a quite area around. Easy to get to the hotel, free private parking and formlos reception.
