Great location as it was very accessible. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were originally assigned a 4th floor room but thru their own initiative, they gave us a 2nd floor room so my senior mom won't have a hard time. Gave us a 3-bed room in our first night as no 2-bed room was available yet at the 2nd floor. We were switched to the 2-bed room the next day. The rooms were spacious and comfy and clean. Ang sarap lang matulog! We didn't want to leave the room!

The location is good, the room at 4th floor has a very nice view, the room and the bathroom were reasonably clean.

The staff was proactive, polite & efficient. The room we were given was delightfully clean, quiet, spacious & bright. The food in the coffee shop was tasty, generous, freshly prepared, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. Even before we arrived, all my queries & requests were addressed promptly. The transport I requested to & from the hotel was on time, the driver was helpful and courteous. The ride was very comfortable. The price we paid for our stay in this lovely hotel was well worth it.

The hotel and restaurant were amazing. We loved the food and service, especially for the price. The free shuttle to the airport was incredibly helpful. I would stay there again. I’m impressed the hotel was able to keep power during the typhoon that hit during our visit.

The staff were exceptional. The hotel is fairly new and modern, I initial bought two rooms however required an additionally one when I visited with other family members- the hotel instantly got me another room. The rooms are well air-conditioned which work throughout the night. I will 1000% be returning again. Thank you Inncity Hotel and all the staff who welcomed me and my family throughout our stay

Good restaurant. Only not free breakfast included because Booking.com . Unsure if that was originally explained upon reservation online. I loved most everything there including staff . I only wish next visit maybe I could get a unit with cooking available/ kitchenette? If possible. I really enjoyed Inn City thank you./ Michael Kelly
