Great stay at this beautiful villa. We really enjoyed our time here. The location is very secluded, which is actually a big plus if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and total relaxation. Everything was calm and perfect for unwinding. The host was very helpful and kind, and the villa has all the necessary amenities. The only small downside is that there is no safety deposit box, but overall everything was amazing. We would definitely recommend this place

This was an amazing place. Luca our host was so good to us and was very welcoming. He was extremely responsive to communication and it was very much appreciated. The villa is clean pleasant and private. The facilities were all in top condition and easy to use. The beds were very very comforable. It was a great location for the east side of the island to drive up Mt Etna, Taormina, Syracuse, Catania. I would 100% recommend this villa. Very much worth the price. Thank you Luca

We would like to recommend this nice villa, perfect location, close to the beach ( 2 min drive+ parking zone), near Giardini Naxos The villa is very comfortable, spacious and really beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, + grill zone, and the swimming pool with the lawn. We'd like to thank the owner Luca for help and recommendations, very friendly and helpful.

“Excellent stay at T Villa”

This is a really excellent rental. The villa is outstanding, both indoor and outdoor, and it looks even better than the pictures. Everything works great and every part is so pretty. The location is perfect - mount etna on one side, gorgeous views of taormina and castelmola on another, and a 1 minute drive to the sea! Next to the pool are fields and almost no buildings to be seen. Only 20 minutes drive to Taormina. Lastly, the host was impressively accommodating with our many requests and was always immediately available.

Nice welcome pack of fruit, water, and wine. Good AC, which was needed given the heat. Great BBQ facilities. Only 1km from the beach. Pool area was nice and plenty of seating areas and shade. Need a car. Limited off road parking for 1 car. Close to large supermarket. Nice restuarants in Giardini Naxos and close to Taormina for visit. Also close to train station for easy travel further afield.

“Amazing T Villa!”

Amazing villa! All the mod cons and more, lovely pool albeit it was cool ( in October) Luca was mega helpful, we loved the location, spiaggio San Marco is a lovely, quiet rustic beach.

What a gorgeous villa. The whole family was like 'wow' when entering the property. Glass all around, but still well shaded inside. Plenty of sitting areas outside as well. Airconditioning in all bedrooms and the living/dining/kitchen. Everything was there, including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, tea, etc Also a large and beautiful garden and pool, with deck chairs, umbrellas and tubes for in the water. Luca, the owner was wonderful and super helpful. He also has a restaurant close by, and his pizzas are to die for. Also lots of other things on the menu. A spectacular view on Taormina on one side and Mt Etna on the other. We had such a relaxing time in this quiet property. Everyone was happy.

the house is perfect, Luca was very helpful. the house is fully equipped with everything you need, its about 20 min drive from Taormina and 5 min from Naxos making it extremely accessible You must have a car to stay there and its perfect for families or for a group

“Well kept beautiful villa with an amazing host”

We have just returned from an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice, greeted by the owner (Luca) who couldnt do enough for us, always made us feel welcome and was always there when needed. The villa is spacious, clean, modern and is set in a quiet road with beautiful gardens which provided amazing views of mount Etna and neighbouring towns. We really cannot recommend this villa enough, we spent months trying to find a place to stay whilst in Sicily and are soo pleased we came across this hidden gem. Look no further if you are looking for a 5* holiday, this villa will certainly exceed your expectations! “Nice villa”

Very spacious villa with a nice private pool, no neighbouring properties overlooking the garden. Great airco and fully equipped kitchen. The owner had left fruit and water for us upon arrival.

Great host always available to help and let us check in earlier. On arrival we found fresh apple and nice Italian brioche. The house was lovey and clean , spacious and very secluded. Great for our family of 5

Modern house with 3 big bedrooms, swimming pool, kitchen with everything that you need - and a bit more, air conditioning everywhere; 15min driving from Isola Bella beach, 2min driving from San Marco beach, 5min driving from supermarket.

Perfect for Groups and families. It has a perfect Location close to Taormina and Giardini di Naxos. Also close the San Marco beach down the Road on foot. Very spacious rooms and optimal facilities. surrounded by fields visible all round with open views with glass doors, large pool and bbq area. Very Recommended for a quite holiday. Owner very welcoming and helpfull.
