The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Ana's hospitality is outstanding. She is so sweet and makes a real effort to ensure guests are comfortable.

Everything you need is there, very clean, next to a great restaurant. Yes, the road to the property is narrow (1 small street) but for us it was ok. It’s also easy to leave a car in the centre and walk for 4 min to the property.

We loved the place, because of the location and the owners. The house is located on the side of the mountain, to get there you will need a small car (we had Škoda fabia) and a good driver, because the streets to get there are really narrow - but that's the beauty of it, it gives you the adrenalin rush every day :D The place has a big terrace where you can enjoy the view to the town, to the sea and listen church bells. Breakast is served in the town center in a local cafe. It includes a coffee of your choice and a pastry, which was a bit too much bread for us (we are not used to eat pastry for every morning). But we discovered that it's possible to have the pastry and coffee "to go" and bought ham and tomatos and cheese and olives from the supermarket to balance the pastry and enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. The rooms were really clean and compfy, it was possible to make espresso in the room and there was also a fridge where we could store our cheese and ham. You can't see the Etna from the terrace but it's possible to take a little hike up to the mountain (5-10 minutes max) where you can see it, and if you're lucky (like we were) you can see it erupting :) If we needed anyhing the owners would help us really quickly - they live on the second floor. Giardini Naxos is just a short car drive away (about 3 km). It is not possible to walk there because there are no sidewalks and the traffic seems a bit scary (but in their defence - the italian drivers are really polite to pedestrians). And there is a small green lizzard living on the rocks near the deluxe room that checked me out every morning - he/she is curious and totally harmless :)

“Perfect place to stay”

I loved everything about this place. The room was extremely well equipped, you can see that the host really put herself in the guests shoes. The towels were as good as a five star hotel as well as the cleanliness. They were extremely welcoming and dear. The bed was super comfortable and we had a peaceful night of sleep since there are zero noises on the area. The terrace is just incredible.
