It's a good value for money all inclusive hotel. It's good for the money paid. The food was okay and amenities are also good. Don't expect 5 star level service. You get what you pay for.

“Wouldn't come again”

I came here with my friends to celebrate my birthday, and had a nice stay at the hotel. For a 3-star there was nothing to complain about; the rooms were clean (though the walls are thin and the curtains dont block out all of the light), the service and the staff were absolutely excellent, the pool was comfortable enough - it was never so busy i couldnt find a sun bed with an umbrella, and the food was fine, there was always something nice to be found. There was a shuttle to a beautiful beach, the driver Nicolas was amazing and super kind - in general also the hotel is in a really good spot to explore the rest of Mallorca.

Really good value for money. Had enough for the kids and that was the main thing! Nice pools, near to a nice beach with a shuttle bus that was very accommodating.

We had a pleasant stay at Canarios Park. The rooms are a bit dated and could benefit from renovation, but they were always clean and well maintained. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from every day. The hotel grounds were clean, well-kept, and enjoyable to walk around. A shuttle bus runs to the beach every hour, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the local beach was often closed due to high levels of bacteria in the water, which was disappointing and beyond the hotel's control. The entertainment team did a great job. There was a children's program every evening followed by entertainment for adults. During the day, various games and activities were organized for children, keeping them engaged and happy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers good value for money, especially for families with children. The friendly atmosphere, good food, and family-oriented entertainment made for a pleasant vacation.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great entertainments for kids and adults. I recommend to everyone. The location little far away, but the hotel it is providing free transport to get to the beach. Good food, thanks for chefs. First time in Mallorca, but I'm in love with this beautiful island. Friendly people, amazing places to visit. Definitely we will come back. Thanks to everyone for hard work that makes our holiday greatest and happy.

Good food. All inclusive.

All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The location was a complete disappointment. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the beach, and the beach itself was nothing special — that was very disappointing. The food was honestly not very good, as it kept repeating every day. I also didn’t like that there were no themed dinner nights, which was quite disappointing. It was basically a cafeteria-style buffet: a lot of food, but at the same time nothing really worth eating. Without a car, the place feels quite depressing and inconvenient. The activities and entertainment for children were okay, but for adults the shows and performances were very poor. Guests had to carry around the glasses that were provided to them. In a way, that’s actually a good idea because there are no cups left lying around everywhere, especially when some guests get drunk. I didn’t expect much since it’s a 3-star hotel, but I still wouldn’t give it more than 3 stars myself. It’s a pity, but mainly because of the location I wouldn’t come back — and probably because of the food as well, since there really wasn’t anything I actually wanted to eat. Even though the staff were genuinely good, there are still many things missing. I could also say something about the entertainment host, but I’ll keep that to myself.

The hotel is more than fine for 3*. It's clean, staff is nice, there are some activities (didn't attend to any due to being away during the day). Evening program is also good, though it could start a bit earlier. Drinks are nice, cocktails seemed a bit weak at times, but that's fine too
