The room was huge and clean and modern but comfortable. The balcony was really nice. Everything was spotless. The staff was friendly, especially the bartenders. The whole estate looks beautiful. The food was seasoned well. Desert was very good, especially the chocolate cake. The beach is very close and beautiful. Having access to the cliff walk was amazing!Overall we were happy with our stay!

Everything (except for one thing, I’ll mention it in the end) was awesome! The staff, the view, the food, the location, the cleanliness and the massage! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The masseuse is a great professional, he helped me with my back pain and was super attentive. The food variety is huge and allows to try lots of different kinds of foods, get a taste of Mallorca. And I’d like to highlight that I am a picky eater! We loved this place and will definitely come back.

The staff is kind, diligent and attentive. It is worth asking for a room on the upper floor facing the sea because of the exceptionally beautiful view.

Great family hotel but I think that also adults can have a nice vacation. The animation programme was surprisingly entertaining (I do not use the animation usually). The food was OK, we enjoyed the possibility to eat for almost all day, e.g. if you miss lunch you can have a snack. We would welcome to have more Spanish food for choice. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the beach, which is very nice. The waves were quite high but we enjoyed that and the sea was very clean. The emplyees were helpful, majority could speak English.

You couldn’t beat the location, right on the cliffs edge and a 2 minute walk to an abundance of shops, 5 or so means to a fantastic coved beach and the martinelli beach club

We're just finishing our vacation. A few words about our stay. The hotel is well located but not close to the beach. It's a 5-minute walk. The all-inclusive package isn't extensive, but everything is delicious, and everyone will find something for themselves. The staff in the dining room and bar are very friendly. The reception is unhelpful and unpleasant. The cleaning service is very poor! Despite tips, the room was very poorly cleaned. Overall rating for the entire stay: 7/10

The hotel turned out to be much better than we were expecting, given the reasonable price The location is great, personal is really friendly, cleaning every day Walking to the beach is a nice path over the sea - really beautiful views. The beach itself is sandy - soft sand, and the water was clear even besides the waves. Concerning the food - I have never had to eat the same during 8 days of stay. Even given that I am on diet after the surgery. Fish - every day, sometimes two times a day. Fruits - always something. A lot of vegetables. Will definitely recommend HMS Calas Park!

Food, staff and position

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Cozy grounds, delicious food, and friendly staff. A special thanks to the animation team — you’re amazing! We especially appreciate the warm attitude towards our child — he was absolutely delighted with the games, mini-disco, and all the care you gave. The only downside was that many guests would reserve sunbeds early in the morning and then leave them unused for half the day, despite the clear rules against this. It would be great if this issue could be addressed more strictly. Thank you for a great vacation and the positive emotions

The staff were friendly and the location was great. It was nice that all meals and drinks were included. Contrary to some reviews, the use of plastic cups wasn’t an issue at all. It was my first time in Mallorca, and unlike other regions of Spain I’ve visited, I didn’t really encounter the lively and warm locals I had experienced elsewhere. The staff were by far the friendliest and the best part of the experience.
