Excellent location with a beautiful view from the room. The food was delicious. This was our third time in Mallorca but our first stay at this hotel, and we liked the food here the most. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pools were great, and there were plenty of activities and entertainment for children.

What an incredible hotel especially for young families.. The staff were incredible.. The location was superb with spectacular views.. I loved the splash pools for toddler which allowed us to relax. The views of the ocean were amazing and just a walk away and I loved the selection of foods every meal. Wonderful atmosphere and especially the entertainment by the staff.

The staff were exceptional, so friendly, so efficient and are a true credit to the hotel. The hotel should be very proud of their staff. The food was plentiful, consistent and of a very high standard. The pool area was excellent. Great facilities for kids. Entertainment was constant throughout the day and night and the entertainment staff were so talented and energetic every day!

It was wonderful time in Mallorca and in Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia as well. Of course because of the perfect staff. Despite the fact that the high season was over and many options of the hotel was unreachable, the staff did all the best to provide us with perfect service. They love children very much and my son had been enjoying the time in the hotel. The door of our balcony was broken. But when we asked to fix it everything was done almost immediately. It is not a frequent occurrence in Spain) if you know what I mean)

It was quite tidy and clean. The air conditioning was working well. I really liked the animators – friendly and welcoming, with new games every day and great shows in the evenings. Biggest greetings and compliments to the bartender Manuel. Loved the deep swimming pool.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, and the food was simply delicious with plenty of variety. The atmosphere made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

The hotel itself was very clean, in a good location with shops directly opposite the entrance. The staff were amazing (especially Paloma, who left us sweet treats on arrival & prosecco on check out). The entertainment was good, although there were some evenings it was a bit poor but overall no issues. Right on the cliff face so the views (when sunny) were incredible! The premium pool area & the adults only pool were good with lots of sun loungers & seating. The food was good, the asian & greek/turkish?! night were fantastic. Breakfast and lunch were the same most days, but with an all inclusive buffet what do you expect! The crepes in the afternoon were a major hit & cooked fresh. The transport to local areas (Porto Cristo & Cala D’or) was easily accessible!

Paloma & the crew treated us amazingly!! We spent part of our honeymoon here, and they secured us the best room on the property, cake on arrival & champagne on our final night. We were so relaxed & looked after the whole week.
