“The place to go”
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, great rooms and a cute outdoor pool with a cosy terrace to enjoy food and drinks . We were amazed by the quality of the food and drinks served , it was by far the best we had in the whole trip to Chile . The hotel offers a lovely breakfast too. We loved the staff who were very helpful and accommodating. We have to praise the manager who went above and beyond to make our stay most pleasant . We were so happy we stayed in this hotel. We took day trips and went back to the hotel to treat ourselves to great food and cocktails in a beautiful atmosphere.

“Like the name says, an oasis in the desert”
A nice hotel well away from the scruffy, ugly, dirty town of Calama. We were here prior to catching a plane to Santiago and it is convenient for the airport. Good restaurant. Excellent breakfast. The place and the parking felt quite secure - Calama has a bad reputation. The pool looked nice but it was too cold to try it.

Room was good, just first floor, pool side and music from the restaurant was palying very loud even after the midnight. And had mosquitoes in the room.

“A restful place to stay near enough airport.”
Nice environment, great receptionists with good English and patience. Tasty dinner and more great staff. Very comfortable bed. Not too far to airport.

We got the worst room of the hotel. Noisy, directly on the parking lot and adjacent to the main entrance. Despite having been at the hotel regularly since 2017. Therefore we asked through Booking specifically for the type of room we wanted.
