“Ideal for a night near the airport”
Good hotel for a night near the airport. It had secure parking (although small amount, we were lucky to get a spot). The bed was big. No frills hotel, comfortable and clean.

“BAD experience. Put a wheel lock on our car without telling us and we tried to drive and wrecked car”
I think this hotel had a really crappy service. They put a wheel lock on our car without asking/telling us, and they did not say/write anything about it to let us know. We had to wait very long before being checked in and were not greeted nicely. This was our honeymoon, so we were very dissapointed. When we had to leave very early the next day, it was only luck that they answered the phone and could come and take the wheel lock off, but since we did not know about this, we had tried to drive with it on, and wrecked the car. On top of this, the guy that took it off stood in front of the car until we paid for the broken wheel lock, but our car was broken and they did not care about that. We almost missed our flight because he did not seem to care about that. What service is this? This was a very expensive and bad experience. Do not stay here.

“Big and clean rooms with hot shower and room service”
Big room, huge bed, clean, comfortable. There is an air condition with heating function. Safe parking space. Hot showers! Delicious breakfast.

Big room with very large and comfortable bed. As we visited in the winter, the air condition with heating option was veeeeery welcomed. The breakfast served in our room was delicious. Private and safe parking space with 24h security.

Atankalama hotel is was a great bed and breakfest optionwhen we travelled to Calama (from San Pedro) to stay just for one night. Hotel staff was pretty available and ready to help in any needed (early breakfest and wake up call early).
