“A good welcome and first impression but let down by indifferent staff the next day.”
Our room was very large and had a comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Lovely towels and sheets. Kettle in the room. The reception staff were helpful. We received a complimentary small bottle of wine and some really lovely sweet biscuits on arrival - a nice touch that left a good impression.

Standard business hotel. Tired around the edges. Needs updating. The receptionist was lovely when we arrived very late for check in.

“Not good enough for the high price we payed.”
The bath tub is not as big as it should be, if they’re going to charge extra for it they should have a proper one. Also the staff was very rube. Never smiling making every conversation awkward.

The room we stayed in was lovely, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed including free coffee pods which was a lovely touch! The amenities, e.g the pool was clean, warm and quiet, and the gym was good!
