“A Perfect Sicilian Escape in CalaBernardo”
Our stay at Panarea 22 in the charming seaside of Cala Bernardo was absolutely outstanding. The villa is beautifully designed, with three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a large and incredibly comfortable en-suite bathroom. The amount of privacy is exceptional, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The outdoor space is huge and perfectly maintained — from the mini outdoor spa to the external bathroom and super-convenient outdoor showers. We loved the double veranda, the bright interiors, and the stunning windows that fill the house with natural light. The villa was spotless, equipped with excellent Wi-Fi, and the barbecue area was perfect for long Sicilian evenings. If you’re looking for a top vacation in Sicily, this villa is simply perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more.

“Unforgettable Holiday in a Stunning Villa”
Our stay at Panarea 22 was absolutely exceptional! The villa is stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and offers complete privacy. Each of the three bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, and the outdoor mini spa is the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. We especially loved the private parking, the barbecue area, and the charming seaside village of Cala Bernardo, which feels like a hidden gem. It truly exceeded all our expectations — we can’t wait to come back! 🌿✨

“Pleasantly surprised by this property!”
We were pleasantly surprised by this property. Everything was spotless, with fresh, fragrant linens and spaces carefully maintained down to the smallest detail. We slept wonderfully with absolutely no issues, and the owner was always available and attentive to our needs. The location is great—peaceful yet close to everything. We especially loved the well-kept garden where we enjoyed beautiful breakfasts outdoors. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be coming back!

“Great host, house, and location and Sicily is beautiful.”
The property owner made it easy to find and always answered questions, and access was straightforward. She made suggestions of charming places to eat and visit, which was very helpful. The location was great and close to many beaches and places to drive by car. The property was clean, and each bedroom had an ensuite with intense water pressures in showers with hot water at all times. Noto is a great place to visit.

“Nice place”
The house is really nice for a group of friends. The host Daniele is really kind and helpful. There is everything you might need and it is comfortable for a long stay. The yard is lovely.

Wow! What a find! Of everywhere we have stayed during our Sicily travels, including some well known five star hotels, Daniele’s home was hands down our favorite. Stone’s throw from a sand beach with crystal clear water, Noto only minutes away, easy days trips to Marzamemi/Ragusa/Modica, space to spread out, tons of privacy, gorgeous home, and Daniele is a fantastic host. Exceptional all around. Can’t wait to visit again for longer! Grazie mille, Daniele!!
