Villa Sa Codolar is located between Cala Tarida and Cala Conta, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. This charming villa has a garden and offers sea views. This whitewashed villa opens onto a spacious terrace with sun loungers, a table and chairs. The living area has a sofa, flat-screen TV and a sofa. The kitchen comes with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, oven and a hob. Free Wi-Fi is included. The coves looking onto the islands of Es Vedra Park are just 25 minutes’ drive away. The property can arrange private boat hire. Sant Antoni is approximately 12 km from the villa. The airport is a 20-minute drive away.

We loved everything about this property especially the complete privacy around the dip pool. The pool was bigger than it looked on pics and it’s almost infinity too with amazing views! Mohammed and family were exceptional in keeping place clean and tidy and just being on hand if needed. The owner communicated very quickly to messages and ensured everything was en pointe for our stay. I will definitely book here again if I’m welcome back - a few wine glasses broken (actually not by me) but hopefully all good.

“Exceptional”
Beautiful villa. Excellent location. Fantastic communication by hosts. Loved the privacy, the views, the plunge pool and easy access to the port & lovely beach nearby (walking distance). Would highly recommend & hope that we’ll be able to return.

Mohamed and his sister who was our cleaning lady was incredible. such a nice people. The view is amazing. swimingpool is excellent. also the house has everything that other accommodations would miss
