Friendly staff, very clean

This hotel is absolutely perfect for families travelling with children. The kids club is available throughout the day and offers such a wide range of fun and engaging activities that even months after returning home, my son still talks about wanting to go back. The evening programmes are enjoyable and relaxing, making them ideal for parents after a long day. The food selection is very good, with plenty of options suitable for both children and adults. Rooms are cleaned regularly and kept very tidy, and the reception staff speak English and are helpful. All facilities are easily accessible, including the playground, kids club, swimming pool, beach and a great selection of food and drinks. The café near the pool is excellent and always has everything you might want, from hot dogs to a variety of drinks and ice creams.

Hi Elena I have paid in full. As a general manager you promised that you will investigate what happened with the flood in the bathroom and bedroom issues next day, and you supposed to give me that report, haven't happened yet. I have checked out yesterday and after 24 hrs still no communication. Someone has stolen my cards from the room therefore I had to pay in cash. I am awaiting for your investigation report and compensation with discomfort with heating, duvets, flooding and stealing. Let me know

“Excellent food but not great entertainment”

The food here is exceptional and all of the kitchen and waiting staff work incredibly hard and are smiley and friendly. I have been to a number of all inclusive hotels in Ibiza and the standard of delicious food at this one is much higher than most. I particularly liked that they cook so many things from scratch and cook things freshly for guests too. A wide variety to suit all tastes but I loved the roasted squash and fennel. The beach is very close and lovely-I felt like I needed to keep litter picking but we did visit in October so it’d had a whole summer of use. The sea was clear and perfect.
