No aircon in living area, as well as rules the rules of what temperature we could have the aircon especially in the middle of summer

Great location, quiet with well spaced surrounding properties so it felt very private but still within a 10 minute walk to the beach etc. You may want to drive to the shop if you've bought a lot but walkable otherwise. Beautiful, spacious and individual property, lovely interiors, stunning views, great pool. Good aircon in the bedrooms. Loved the feeling of being up in the trees from the balcony off the living area. We bbq'd in the garden most evenings as Eroski supermarket & Lidl in Santanyi (about 10 min drive) were excellent for fish, meats, salads, vegetables etc. The pool area had good sun in the day and the seating had shade in the evening to eat which was very welcome. The top balcony stayed in the sun which was lovely for sundowners. The cotton tote bag left as part of the welcome pack was very useful through the week. Would recommend Santanyi market on Saturdays and Wednesdays, lots to see ( go in the church too) and beautiful old town. Cala Santanyi is a pretty beach, and had everything you might need. Travila who manage the property provided excellent information and were easy to communicate with.
