It is a beautiful location with great views from the balcony. Rooms are basic but extremely comfortable.

Our stay at Hostal Palmaria was truly wonderful. The location is absolutely exceptional, with a breathtaking view from the terrace. Cala Santanyí is, in our opinion, the best beach in Mallorca – the water is crystal clear, beautiful, and honestly, there is no need to look for another cala. The area is very peaceful, not overcrowded, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is very clean, and although the facilities are quite basic, they are more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. There are shops nearby, which is very convenient, and the town of Santanyí is only 5 minutes away by car, with a beautiful local market every Wednesday and Saturday. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Albert, who was extremely helpful, always available, and very responsive on WhatsApp at any time. On the last day, if your flight is later, there is a place to leave your luggage and even shower facilities available, which we really appreciated.

When we walked into our room we couldn’t believe our eyes. We were immediately drawn to the balcony doors by the turquoise waters below. Our room was clean, fresh and uncomplicated. We had a kettle and a fridge which is all we needed. The property was so quiet during our stay.

We had such an amazing stay. Albert looked after us above and beyond. Everything in the apartment was so clean and well kept. Communication was excellent! We are so excited to come back! ❤️

We had a fantastic 3-day stay and only wished we had stayed longer. Everything about this place is great. “A gorgeous, perfectly located stay with the absolute best staff!”

The view was absolutely amazing! Every single staff member was incredibly welcoming, especially Albert, who is in charge. He was so helpful with showing us how to book taxis and even texted to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect too—there are a lot of pretty coves nearby, it's super close to the beach (only about a 3-minute walk), and there are some great restaurants right down by the water.

I don’t have enough words to describe this incredible place. The views are so beautiful—it’s a true oasis. The room was very clean, with regular housekeeping and impeccable service. The sea is just one minute away, with cozy cafés nearby. Everywhere you go, people are kind and welcoming.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights in August at Hostal Palmaria in Cala Santanyí and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable — perched just above the beautiful Cala Santanyí beach, it offers stunning panoramic views of the sea that you’ll never get tired of. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast with that view was a daily highlight. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was tidy, fresh, and perfectly functional — which is all you really need when you’re spending most of your time exploring or relaxing by the sea. What truly makes this hostal stand out, though, is the spectacular view — it feels like you're sitting right on top of the beach A special mention must go to Albert, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations to get the most out of your trip. He even arranged several excursions and activities for us, which added so much to our experience. It really felt like he cared about making sure we had the best time possible. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, authentic, and scenic place to stay in Cala Santanyí — somewhere peaceful with jaw-dropping views and warm hospitality — Hostal Palmaria is a gem. We’re already booked for next year.
