Hotel personnel were super helpful, though we weren’t the easiest guests, traveling with a 6-month old for the first time. Despite high season, they were able to offer an upgrade from studio to appartment. The location of a hotel is another strong side - it’s 10 min walk from a long and beautiful Cala Agulla beach (its remote part is one of the best spots on the island!)

Food, facilities, staff, sauna, steam room, all were great. Minutes away from the beach.

Cozy and comfortable apartment, super kind staff, great buffet breakfast and dinner, kids pool and mini club, spa and gym facilities! The location is also very strategic to reach our beaches but also supermarkets and bars.

I loved the location. The hotel it's just in front of the sea, even though to reach the beach you have to walk 5-10 minutes. The room was really nice, good breakfast with many choices. Pool, gym, spa. The staff was really friendly.

The room was clean and the pool had a variety of depths, so both children and adults had fun. The staff were all friendly and the facilities were clean. The location was good and the beach was about a 7-minute walk away, so I was able to have a good time with my children. The nearby beach was so pretty and wide, and it was great to play.

Clean rooms with great views, comfortable beds, great shower, lovely pool with plenty of sun beds, friendly staff

No coffee was supplied in the room and no bottled water

The pool and spa facilities were excellent. The apartments were spacious and clean and the room facilities were great.

Nice that we had facility to prepare food drinks etc. Pool area was very pleasant. Hotel staff were very helpful when needed but did not impose at all. Spa was lovely. Bathroom was lovely with toiletries etc. Walk to the beach and along the coast very pleasant.

Its a very cozy and clean hotel, near the beach. Great, large rooms. Everything is spectacularly clean and hotel is quiet and calm.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough! After friends of ours had been earlier in the year we had high expectations and we weren’t disappointed! Stunning sea views, 5 minute walk to Cala Agulla, 15 minute walk to the port, perfect pool for our young family, great restaurants right outside the hotel (highly recommend El Gaucho), attentive staff and super clean, it really ticked all our boxes!

I do stay in this hotel every year and I love it, staff is like a family, location is perfect for my needs and rooms and breakfast are good for the price I would say :)

Amazing hotel, definitely deserves more than 4 star. Service was excellent, special shout out to Toni at the front desk who was extremely helpful and polite. The best buffet breakfast and dinner I have ever had - sooo generous and fresh, thank you chefs! Would recommend to everyone.
