We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. There was a great variety of food and something new to try every day. The hotel’s entertainment program was also nice. The staff were amazing, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Hotel located in a quite area of Cala Ratjada close to a supermarket and restaurants. 10 minutes walking from a nice beach. There is an adult only pool that is very quite and offers a relaxing vibe. The hotel gym is well equipped with enough machines to have a full body workout. The room was quite standandard and not so big but clean and with a big shower Breakfast buffet included different types of food to satisfy all tastes A very nice addition offered by the hotel is the possibility to relax in the pools the last day after the checkout!

The staff wer really friendly! The room was pretty spacious and the beds were super comfortable! The pool area was nice and the location was great, as you could easily walk to the promenade. At the day of the checkout they let us shower in the afternoon and provided us with fresh towels.

We are pretty sure we were affected by bedbugs from the start of our stay. We were bitten multiple times during the night and kept waking up, not sure it was bedbugs until we found a ded crushed bug in in the bed that looked a lot like a bedbug because of its colour and size. With the help of a receptionist, we were moved to a new room, but the hotel manager refused any compensation. Instead, we were offered a free dinner and a drink at the bar — which in no way covers the cost of new luggage or the stress, discomfort, and sleepless nights we experienced during our expensive holiday. It felt like he wanted to convince us that we were wrong, and he didn’t want to see either the bites or the photos. He said that: ”bed linens are washed at 60°C” and that bedbugs “hardly ever happen in Mallorca”. We have photos of both the bites and the bedbug, unfortunately the bug appears to be crushed so it may be difficult to see. To make matters worse, we also found another ded insect in the bed, which we don’t know what it could be. On top of that, the room was poorly cleaned when we arrived — dried mucus in the sink, hair on the floor, and visible dirt. That suggests that hygiene is not proberly maintained. The hotel is extremely noisy, with everything happening outside the room clearly audible. The breakfast did also disappoint us since the bred was not fresh, seemed like it had been out for days. We would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially due to the dismissive and unprofessional handling of a serious hygiene issue like bedbugs.

“A perfect hotel to enjoy your first trip to Mallorca!”

A high standard hotel that made our first trip to Mallorca unforgettable! The rooms were comfortable and clean, had everything we needed, we especially appreciated the refrigerator where we could store food and drinks. The room was cleaned daily and very well. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, several swimming pools, recreation areas, even private tennis courts (for a fee). Special mention goes to breakfast because it was amazing! A huge selection of dishes for every taste and diet, fresh fruit (sweet watermelon every day), a huge selection of sausages and cheeses, freshly cooked egg dishes, pancakes, and most importantly, delicious fresh baked pastries! Baguettes, breads, croissants - everything was incredibly fresh and tasty, we enjoyed it every day, so a special thanks to all the kitchen staff! The location of the hotel is also great, there is a large supermarket within a 2 minute walk where you can buy food and drinks, also a bunch of local souvenir stores and restaurants. The walk to the most beautiful beach in the area (Cala Agulla) took about 10-15 minutes. There is also a lovely ranch near the hotel where we took a horseback ride. Definitely one of the best hotels I've been to!

Lovely pools, great location, food was tasty and a good variety. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the cocktails were delicious!

Cala Ratjada is, in our opinion, the nicest, neatest, and most lively place on the east side of Mallorca. It’s probably better suited for those who aren’t looking for a super quiet, secluded getaway. At the same time, the hotel itself is set slightly back from the busiest streets, so you don’t hear any street noise at all. It occupies an entire block and consists of nine historic buildings in a restrained architectural style, all no more than three stories high. That gives it a really cozy feel. There’s lots of greenery. In the evenings and after breakfast, music plays by the pool, but the rooms have good soundproofing—you can barely hear it if you don’t want to join in. Everything reliably quiets down by 11 PM, so it doesn’t disturb sleep. Our room was cozy, with a balcony, minimalist style, air conditioning, and excellent, stable water pressure. We didn’t hear our neighbors even once. We also really appreciated that the hotel is located right across the street from a bus stop—it’s a real lifesaver if you’re coming from the airport by bus or want to visit nearby towns. Everything was very clean everywhere. The loungers and umbrellas by the pool were always neatly arranged, which made it feel very welcoming. Special mention for the super friendly and helpful staff. It was especially nice running into Josefina—her smile always lifted our mood. On the plus side, the kitchen and wait staff were fantastic: very attentive, friendly, and great with kids. One of the waiters even managed to do little magic tricks while clearing the table—it brought smiles not just to the children but to us as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Mallorca island and were very satisfied with our choice. The service was excellent – our room was cleaned daily, towels were regularly changed, and everything was kept spotless. The food was a real highlight. We had half-board and thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The variety at dinner was especially impressive – each evening offered a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every taste, including fresh seafood and an array of desserts. There were also great entertainment options for both children and adults, so everyone could find something to enjoy. Whether you prefer relaxing by the pool or taking a walk to the nearby beaches (around 20 minutes on foot), the location was very convenient.
