The hotel was clean. Plenty of room for dining and entertainment although some evenings it may have been better to have the entertainment inside, perhaps in the downstairs bar area. The Entertainment guy is very talented and an asset to the hotel.

Everything was great, the price-quality ratio is completely correct! The staff was very welcoming, they provided us with a baby cot even though it wasn't in the description, and the location of the room was also very convenient. The room was cleaned every day, the food was not bad, especially the pizza was very tasty)

Friendly staff, tasty food (although not that much of typical Spanish food, the cousine is more oriented to German customers, which was not the issue for me). Interesting entertainment every evening. Great location, close to the beach and center. Fair correlation between price and quality. After reading some comments here, my expectations were much lower so I was positively surprised with the overall stay in the hotel (3rd week of September).

Entertainment was brilliant. One man did everything, named Alessandro, and he was absolutely amazing and made it great for us so much energy. Room was very basic, food the kids loved it, where as I survived on chip butties as it was just so repetitive. Drinks are okay however, staff are not friendly at all except the entertainment guy Alessandro and the dining room staff Paqui and her daughter Paola, they were great. The bar shuts at 11 regardless of the queue! Not enough Sunbeds and if you leave for more than 5 mins everything is taken away by the lifeguard- ridiculous. Was greeted by an awful man on reception at 2am to be told myself and my 3 teenage daughters go sleep on the streets as his card machine wasn’t accepting payment by phone luckily managed to sort it by card. Reported this the next day and again fell on deaf ears and reported it via booking.com to them and the hotel and to this day still not had a response on this matter.

The hotel grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. Pine trees provide shade and coolness even during hot weather. Non-alcoholic drinks from the vending machines are available at all times. The food is tasty, although some dishes required waiting in a long queue. Air conditioner was working well however it looked not new. There is a large swimming pool. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Great idea with cups! No additional waste because of 1€ caution - very smart!

Everything. From the welcoming we got to the departure, everything was spot on. Staff so friendly, food amazing, drinks were beautiful. We have already booked to come back!

“Be aware of a few things in this hotel”

Let’s start with pros: great location if you’re staying in Cala Ratjada, close to the beaches and centre and bus station. Cala Ratjada is however quite far from the airport and there’s no direct airport bus. But if you’re taking a hotel transfer or a taxi that shouldn’t be a big problem. The swimming pool is quite nice. There are two actually - one 1.5m deep and the second almost 2.3m deep. Food is ok but nothing special. Drinks in all inclusive are very good except pre made cocktail (it’s better to take spirit mix, wine or beer). We were able to extend our stay till 4pm for €20 Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall I recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget. If you can pay extra €200-300 go somewhere else. We paid €500 all inclusive for 5 nights so I think it’s a great value for money but next time I would definitely consider something better. The bad reviews are too bad in my opinion. I wrote below things we didn’t like or need improvement but it’s nothing terrible or off putting.

Staff were friendly, location good and food wasn’t bad. Rooms were clean and tidy, pool area was well maintained.

Breakfast was good. Meals in the outdoors area were great. On the whole, the buffets were fine.

Good location, fairly clean if you don't look under the sink I guess. Decent comfy bed. Aircon worked . Clean towels. Staff was mostly lovely Food was alright to be honest. Not restaurant quality. For the price it costs it's was alright.
