Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and accommodation with balconies, Apartaments La Perla Negra is 600 metres from Cala Agulla Beach. This complex has a restaurant, which opens onto a terrace. Each apartment and studio at the La Perla Negra has simple, traditional décor with tiled floors. All have a small seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking rings. The La Perla complex is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Cala Ratjada, where there is a range of shops, bars and cafés. The apartments have easy access to the pretty coves surrounding nearby Capdepera, less than 2 km away. Alcúdia and Palma can be reached within 1.5 hours, by car.

“Good value family aparment in good location”
We stayed in a two bed apartment on third floor, it was spacious and very clean, bathrooms felt newly done and shower was fab, plenty of hot water and good pressure. The pool was lovely , big and always plenty of sunbeds free without having to get up and reserve. Supermarket 100m away, beach 10 min walk and lots of restaurants close by.

David was super kind and replyed super fast to every message qhen we needed something. We stayed on a studio on the ground floor. The room was little but it had everything we needed: bathroom, beds and a little kitchen with every supply needed. But, it had a few things we didnt like…it was never super clean (not in the room and not outside the room), the bathroom was so humid all the time that it had humidity all over the room so our towels were always super wet, and the last thing was the noise, we could hear people talking in the room next to us.

Great location, comfortable bathroom with good water pressure, every 2-3 days was cleaning with changing towels and bedding. We got a free update for our room, it was much more comfortable than we booked.

“Decent value for the location”
The apartment is in a good location close to many restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. The host / contact was very responsive and helpful.
